You get a total of 15 hours:
First Day: 1pm to 5pm (set-up and rehearsal)
Second Day: 12pm to 11:00pm (wedding, break down and clean-up)
Times can be adjusted with the approval of Double Diamond Ranch, LLC.
All rehearsals are held the day before the wedding, starting whenever you would like.
Double Diamond Ranch does not have a liquor license. ALL alcohol MUST be served by a TIPS trained bartender with liability insurance.
Yes. Your TIPs certified bartender will need liability insurance.
We have a very simple and straight forward pricing. In addition to the cost of the venue fee, we require a $500 damage deposit which is due 30 days prior to your event. This damage deposit is 100% refundable, if no damage above the normal wear and tear occur. We do not have additional service fees, or per person fees.
We also require event insurance naming Double Diamond Ranch, LLC, 14291 Murphy Rd, Peyton, CO 80831 as an additional insured.

Yes. Candles can be used as long as they are in a glass container, these include, votive cups, hurricane lamps, lanterns & floating candles.
It depends on the conditions in the surrounding areas. We follow the guidelines of El Paso County.
Yes. We love dogs! You need to make sure your dog stays safe. The Double Diamond Ranch cannot be responsible for your pet if he/she jumps the fence, etc. If you agree to keep your dog on a leash, clean-up their messes, and supervise them for the duration of the event, we will allow your dog to be a part of your wedding day.
It’s the details like decorations that make your day extra special. Ask about our options. We have tons of decorations that can be placed around the venue or used to create beautiful displays any place you need a little bit of pretty! All décor that we provide is set up and taken down so there is less stress on you.
We have champagne glasses for head table and water carafes for your guest tables.
We provide wood farmhouse tables and chairs for 100.
We want you to have the wedding of your dreams not ours. We do not have a required list of vendors. You may bring your own food, have a food truck or any caterer that you wish. We have a list of vendors that we enjoy working with, but they are not required.
Yes. We are here to assist you throughout the entire planning process.
This is a joint effort between the Double Diamond Staff, your vendors and whoever else you enlist to help. We do not want you lifting a finger on your wedding day so be prepared to have everything ready to go when you leave Friday night.
Yes, we have an option for weather (Plan B), if you do not care for our option we are available to help you prepare your "Plan C".
No, You are welcome to plan your entire event on your own. However, on your wedding day, we suggest that you have a planner, friend or have coordinated with a Double Diamond Ranch Manager to facilitate the day’s events as you would like, and to troubleshoot any unexpected events.
Yes. Double Diamond Ranch will provide two managers on site the day of your wedding, to troubleshoot any unexpected events. At any time you are on the Double Diamond Ranch a manager will be on site and available.
We know how exciting wedding planning can be! Since Double Diamond Ranch is a privately owned property, visits are by appointment only. Simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to schedule a time to show you all around.
A pre-wedding walk-through is an important step in making sure your day flows smoothly. You’ll schedule this with your wedding planner (if you have one) and a Double Diamond Ranch manager. If you’d like your other vendors to be part of the process, we recommend including them after the initial walk-through.
We suggest planning your walk-through about 14 days before your wedding. To set it up, simply reach out to your Double Diamond Ranch manager for available dates and times, then coordinate with your planner and vendors from there.

We will provide electricity for sound equipment that your DJ or officiant may need.
